Sweet Mango Sauce

Add a tropical twist to your next dessert with our Sweet Mango Sauce.

Things you'll need

Wood or metal stirring spoon (remember you shouldn't use metal utensils with non-stick cookware)

Rubber spatula, very handy for scraping sticky sauces out of pots and blenders!
Blender or Food Processor

Glass jar, squeeze bottle (for decorating), or other storage container


2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces (You can also use frozen mangos)
3 tablespoon confectioners' sugar (10x works best)
1-2 tablespoons dark rum or liquor of your choosing (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Wash, rinse, and dice mangos in to large pieces.
  2. Add mangos to blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add Sugar and blend until incorporated.
  4. Add flavorings.
  5. Pour into airtight container for storage. Keep refrigerated.
